「元」來是塔防 隱私權政策
「元」來是塔防 是一款單機塔防遊戲。我們不建立帳號、不要求登入、不收集你的姓名、電子郵件、電話或位置。你的遊戲進度只存在你自己的裝置上。
App 版（Android／iOS）內含一種可以選擇不看的獎勵式廣告，由 Google AdMob 提供；廣告服務本身會收集一部分裝置資訊，細節寫在下面第 3 節。網頁版沒有廣告。
1. 本政策適用範圍
本政策適用於 「元」來是塔防 這款遊戲的下列版本：
- Android App 版（Google Play）
- iOS App 版（App Store）
- 網頁版
本文中的「我們」指本遊戲的開發者 【開發者名稱】。
2. 我們不收集的資料
本遊戲沒有帳號系統、沒有登入功能、沒有雲端存檔、沒有排行榜或任何線上對戰。因此我們不會收集、儲存或傳送下列任何一項：
- 姓名、暱稱、電子郵件、電話號碼
- 帳號、密碼、任何第三方登入身分（Google／Apple／Facebook 等）
- 精確或大致的地理位置
- 通訊錄、相簿、相機、麥克風、檔案
- 付款資訊（本遊戲沒有應用程式內購買）
遊戲程式本身也不含任何分析（Analytics）、使用者行為追蹤或當機回報 SDK，遊戲程式碼不會主動把任何資料送到我們的伺服器——我們沒有為這款遊戲架設任何伺服器。
3. 廣告（僅 App 版）
Android／iOS 的 App 版使用 Google AdMob 顯示「獎勵式廣告」。它只出現在一種情況：當你失敗、遊戲結束畫面上，你可以選擇按下按鈕看一段廣告，從這一波重新接著打。你不按，遊戲一樣可以免費繼續玩；不看廣告不會少任何內容。
當你觀看廣告時，Google 及其廣告合作夥伴可能會收集與使用下列資料，用於播送與衡量廣告：
- 廣告識別碼（Android 廣告 ID／iOS 的 IDFA 或同等識別碼）
- 裝置資訊（裝置型號、作業系統版本、語言、螢幕資訊等）
- IP 位址（可用於推測大致所在國家／地區）
- 與廣告的互動紀錄（廣告是否顯示、是否被點擊、是否看完）
這些資料由 Google 依其自身政策處理，我們沒有辦法取得可以指認你個人的資料。相關說明請見：
你可以怎麼控制它
- Android：「設定 → Google → 廣告」可以重設廣告 ID，或刪除廣告 ID（關閉個人化廣告）。
- iOS：「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 追蹤」可以關閉 App 的追蹤要求權限。
- 你也可以完全不按那顆按鈕——不看廣告，就不會有廣告請求被送出。
App 版另外會在章與章之間（打完一章、按下「進軍下一章」之後）顯示一段插頁廣告：第 1 章結束不顯示、一局最多 3 段、兩段之間至少間隔 4 分鐘。你可以在選單購買「移除廣告」永久關閉它（見第 5 節）。
網頁版沒有廣告，也沒有載入任何廣告程式庫。
4. 遊戲存檔（只存在你的裝置上）
為了讓你可以關掉遊戲後繼續玩，我們會把目前這一局的進度存在你自己裝置的本機儲存空間（App 版是系統的本機偏好設定檔，網頁版是瀏覽器的本機儲存空間）。存的內容只有遊戲狀態：
- 目前波次、剩餘生命、金幣、擊殺數、利率與累積資源
- 場上每一座塔的種類、位置、階級與已投入的金額
- 六種元素各自的等級
- 你的最佳波次紀錄、選擇的難度
- 新手教學與提示是否已經看過
- 本局是否已經用過那一次「看廣告接關」
這份存檔不會離開你的裝置，我們讀不到它。你可以隨時透過系統的「清除應用程式資料／解除安裝」（App 版），或清除瀏覽器網站資料（網頁版）把它刪掉——刪掉之後遊戲會從頭開始。
4a. 排行榜
你可以在選單設定一個暱稱（最多 8 個字）。每一局結束時，遊戲會把暱稱、抵達的波數、剩餘生命、波中用時、遊戲版本與一個由伺服器隨機發給這台裝置的識別碼送到我們的排行榜伺服器（tuyaparty.zeabur.app）。這個識別碼不是廣告 ID，也不是任何系統識別碼；它只用來讓同一台裝置的成績合併成一格，無法反推出你是誰。排行榜會公開顯示暱稱與成績，請不要把個資放進暱稱。
伺服器另外會記錄收到成績的時間與來源 IP 位址（用於防止灌分），保留不超過 90 天。你隨時可以把暱稱改掉；要求刪除成績請寫信給我們（第 8 節）並附上你的暱稱。
不當暱稱怎麼處理。暱稱是玩家自己輸入、而且會公開顯示給其他玩家看的內容，所以我們做了三道處理： (1) 送出時過濾——含不當字詞的暱稱會在存進伺服器之前被換成「旅人」，你那一局的成績照樣保留； (2) 檢舉——在遊戲的「排行榜」面板裡可以檢舉任何一個看到的暱稱，達到門檻的暱稱會自動從排行榜上隱藏； (3) 封鎖——你檢舉過的暱稱會立刻從你自己的排行榜上消失，不需要等其他人。 我們會在收到檢舉後 24 小時內處理，並在必要時永久隱藏該筆成績。你也可以直接依第 8 節寫信給我們檢舉。
5. 兒童
本遊戲並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們也不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。若你是家長或監護人，並認為孩子在使用本遊戲時發生了與隱私有關的問題，請透過第 8 節的方式與我們聯絡。
5a. 購買（僅 App 版）
App 版提供「移除廣告」（一次購買、永久有效）與「支持開發者」（單純贊助，沒有任何遊戲內效果）。付款由 Google Play／App Store 處理，我們不會取得你的付款資料；我們只從商店收到「這台帳號已購買」的憑證，用來在你的裝置上關閉廣告。換機或重裝後可用「恢復購買」取回。
6. 你的權利
由於我們不建立帳號、不持有任何可以指認你的資料，我們手上沒有可以提供、更正或刪除的個人資料。與廣告有關的資料由 Google 持有，請依上述 Google 隱私權政策所載的方式行使你的權利，或依第 3 節「你可以怎麼控制它」重設／停用你的廣告識別碼。
7. 政策變更
若本政策有所變更，我們會更新本頁面上的「最後更新」日期並張貼新版內容。重大變更會在遊戲的商店頁面或本頁明顯處說明。建議你不定期回來看看這一頁。

「元」來是塔防 Privacy Policy
「元」來是塔防 is a single-player tower defense game. We do not create accounts, do not require sign-in, and do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location. Your game progress is stored only on your own device.
The app versions (Android / iOS) include one optional rewarded advertisement served by Google AdMob; the ad service itself collects some device information, described in Section 3 below. The web version contains no advertising.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the following versions of 「元」來是塔防:
- Android app (Google Play)
- iOS app (App Store)
- Web version
"We" refers to the developer of this game, 【開發者名稱】.
2. What we do not collect
The game has no account system, no sign-in, no cloud save, and no leaderboards or online multiplayer. We therefore do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Name, nickname, email address, or phone number
- Accounts, passwords, or any third-party identity (Google / Apple / Facebook, etc.)
- Precise or approximate geographic location
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or files
- Payment information (the game contains no in-app purchases)
The game itself contains no analytics, behavioral tracking, or crash-reporting SDK, and the game code does not send any data to servers of ours — we operate no server for this game.
3. Advertising (app versions only)
The Android and iOS apps use Google AdMob to show a rewarded advertisement. It appears in exactly one place: on the game-over screen, where you may choose to watch an ad in order to continue from the wave you just lost. If you do not tap it, you can keep playing for free; declining the ad locks nothing away.
When you watch an ad, Google and its advertising partners may collect and use the following data to serve and measure advertising:
- Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA or equivalent)
- Device information (model, OS version, language, screen information, etc.)
- IP address (which may be used to infer approximate country or region)
- Ad interaction data (whether an ad was shown, clicked, or watched to completion)
This data is handled by Google under its own policies; we receive no data that identifies you personally. See:
How you can control it
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads lets you reset your advertising ID or delete it (turning off personalized ads).
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking lets you turn off apps' permission to request tracking.
- You may also simply never tap the button — if you do not request an ad, no ad request is sent.
The apps also show one interstitial ad between chapters (after you finish a chapter and tap "advance"): never after chapter 1, at most 3 per run, at least 4 minutes apart. "Remove ads" in the menu turns it off permanently (see Purchases below).
4a. Leaderboard
You may set a nickname (up to 8 characters) in the menu. When a run ends, the game sends your nickname, the wave you reached, remaining lives, in-wave play time, game version and a random device identifier issued by our server to our leaderboard server (tuyaparty.zeabur.app). That identifier is not an advertising ID nor any system identifier; it only lets one device's results collapse into one row and cannot be traced back to you. Nicknames and results are shown publicly, so please keep personal data out of your nickname. The server also logs the receipt time and source IP address (abuse prevention), kept for no more than 90 days. You can change your nickname at any time; to have results deleted, email us (section 8) with your nickname.
Objectionable nicknames. Nicknames are user-entered content shown publicly to other players, so we apply three safeguards: (1) filtering — a nickname containing prohibited wording is replaced with a neutral one before it is stored, while your score is kept; (2) reporting — any nickname on the leaderboard can be reported from the in-game Leaderboard panel, and a nickname that reaches the threshold is hidden automatically; (3) blocking — a nickname you report disappears from your leaderboard immediately, without waiting for anyone else. We act on reports within 24 hours and will permanently hide the entry where warranted. You may also report directly by email (see Contact below).
5a. Purchases (app versions only)
The apps offer "Remove ads" (one-time, permanent) and "Support the developer" (a tip with no in-game effect). Payment is handled by Google Play / the App Store; we never receive your payment details, only the store's receipt that the purchase exists, which we use to turn ads off on your device. "Restore purchases" brings it back after switching or reinstalling.
The web version shows no ads and loads no advertising library.
4. Game saves (stored only on your device)
So that you can close the game and continue later, we store your current run on your own device's local storage (system local preferences on the app versions; browser local storage on the web version). Only game state is stored:
- Current wave, remaining lives, gold, kill count, interest rate, and accumulated resources
- The type, position, tier, and invested gold of each tower on the board
- The level of each of the six elements
- Your best wave record and chosen difficulty
- Whether the tutorial and hints have been seen
- Whether the one "watch an ad to continue" has already been used this run
This save data never leaves your device and we cannot read it. You may delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it (app versions), or by clearing the site's browser data (web version); the game then starts over.
5. Children
This game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a privacy issue has arisen through your child's use of this game, please contact us using Section 8.
6. Your rights
Because we create no accounts and hold no data that identifies you, we have no personal data to provide, correct, or delete. Advertising-related data is held by Google; please exercise your rights as described in the Google Privacy Policy above, or reset/disable your advertising identifier as described in Section 3.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and post the revised text. Material changes will be noted on the game's store page or prominently on this page. Please revisit this page from time to time.
